Why Move to State College?

Everyone knows State College, PA as the home of Penn State, University Park. Located in the beautiful, open and mountainous Centre County, PA many people may not know how much State College has to offer outside of Penn State culture. Tussie  Mountain not only is a wonderful ski resort, but has other activities for warmer months such as miniature golf, go carts and boating.

Retirement: State college is not only great for young college kids, but is a wonderful place to retire.
